An exhilarating dose of drive-time-paced rock, ‘Save Me’ puts on display the band’s impulse for romanticised pop hooks, able to set them to work even when dealing with the abject heaviness of life in 2020. “Save Me comes from those moments of feeling momentarily pinned under the weight of the world,” explains frontman, James Chalk. “Life can sometimes become overwhelming. But all we need to do is reach out and talk to clear our minds, find that strength again and reassure that we're still on the right path.”
