London’s ‘Les Paul’s’ (The Paul’s)are proud to announce the release of their new and 10th album. The latter is indeed called ‘Scared of America Volume One’!
‘Scared of America Volume One’ takes you on a journey through the American landscape. From then to now - from Las Vegas to New York and covers songs in Rock, Blues, Country, Pop, Indie genres.
This release will also leave you wondering if that much has changed since the bad old days of oppression and racial and religious inequality!
The title track ‘Scared of America’ tips its hat to the great late David Bowie's ‘I’m Afraid of Americans’. It however ends with praise for The USA, with the last verse of - ‘I’m scared of America/I know you couldn’t care less/Where would we be without you/America, God bless, America’!
‘Scared of America Volume One’ deserves to be in anyone’s record collection. It is indeed available through Bandcamp, iTunes, Amazon, Spotify and all good download stores.
