Garage punks Van Dammes release the “Risky Business” EP!

Van Dammes are a Finnish four-piece garage punk band from Helsinki, originally formed in Brussels in 201
3. “Risky Business”, their fourth EP, was released on January 11th 2019. This will be a sequel to their first three EP recordings. “The VD EP” (2014), “Better Than Sex” (2015) and “Vild Days” (2017). On top of these, the band has also released a “Best of Van Dammes” 7″ vinyl compilation (2017) and a bunch of other shit in various formats. Despite the fact that it was recorded in freezing Helsinki in the vicinity of polar bears, the record takes you on a hot and risky spaceship journey to a place where people live fast, have blast and still appreciate 90’s tennis. All the six songs were recorded and mixed by Lauri Eloranta. A talented producer and musician, known from bands Damn Seagulls and Pää Kii, and his even more talented dog Saimi. Van Dammes are touring extensively, mostly in Europe, having performed in around 20 countries with bands like Dune Rats, Mobina Galore and Häxxan. photo: Samuli Härkönen
