Dead Parrot Society is a rock band hailing from Oslo, Norway. The band takes its inspiration by hardcore punk, blues, garage rock and classic punk rock.
Active since 2016, the band has recently unveiled its second EP, titled “Kitchen Tapes Vol. 2”. The latter is indeed available to stream below for those who haven't heard it yet!
While focusing on the bands lead single, “Dinosaurs Revenge”, the band comments:
“Dinosaurs Revenge is a fastpaced, upbeat protest song about the political state of the climate debate. We picture a scenario where the bones of long dead dinosaurs come back to haunt us. They haunt us as the products of gas and oil production fills the air with exhaust and plastic garbage all around us.”
