Dark Below has released the official lyric video for their new single, “Halo”!
“The song was written really quickly, which is odd for us. There is stuff we've been messing around with for years that we can't seem to make into something we really like, so it was nice to have Halo come together so easily. We originally wrote the song in a different tuning and stopped playing it for a while after we went away from using multiple tunings for live shows. I couldn't quite hit all of the notes when we played it in our usual tuning (drop C), so we changed the melody in the chorus a bit to accomodate that. I wasn't sure it would work, but I think it ended up turning out better after the changes.” - DARK BELOW
