Australians Lionizer are back with a brand new single titled “Notice Me Senpai”. The latter is indeed available to stream below!
On this release, the band explains:
“While the title is a bit memey, Notice Me Senpai is no joke. It's like that scene from Cool Runnings where Yul and Junior look in the mirror and yell “I see pride, I see power, I see a Bad Ass Mother who don’t take no crap off of nobody” over and over.’ But it's a song. In short, it’s about those times when you need to look in the mirror and tell yourself that you matterThis is our first time releasing a song that we did completely ourselves, with our wonderful bassist Cliff handling the engineering, mixing and mastering - fuelled by discount biscuits and energy drinks now banned in the Australian Market.”
